We have found that our most designs are those in which both our design aesthetic and our design processes are most compatible with our clients. Programming Meeting
Review your goals, objectives budgets and expectations.
Focus on your style, functional and architectural requirements.
Review visual clues, including your magazine pictures and personal images/items from favorite travel destinations or family.
Determine and note those pieces, area carpets and art that you would like to be included in the design, require refurbishing or re-upholstery.

Measure and Photography
Exacting measurements are taken, from which as-built drawing are produced. Snapshots of your home’s interior, and of particular furniture, area carpet, art and other items to be used in the final design.

Design Development
Initial Showroom Visit.
We guide you on an educational, customized tour of appropriate showrooms and vendors, principally located in the Greater Metro Manila.
Creation.
This continual, co-creative process includes concept development, designs including floor, color, and lighting plans, research, specifications and samples.

Presentation
Design concept, various materials, options and estimates are presented to you. The design is honed as necessary. Additional presentation may take place throughout the duration of the interior design process.

Implementation
Production.
Your design is implemented, and details are refined. Purchase arrangements are made for project elements including architectural materials, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, flooring, lighting and so on. Contractors are secured and scheduled as required.
Installation.
Installing your furnishings may take place in phases, or completed at one time.

Arts and Accessories
The single most important area of design to complete the project and make it your own. Upon approval, many clients choose to apply their retainers at this point towards this final installation.

Closing Procedures
Summarization and review of your project. Discussion of what you see as your next phases for your home.
